Upon booking, an email confirmation including location will be sent. Please provide correct email address. By Providing correct email address ensures booking confirmation and reminders. Hair is ONLY Provided for Box Braids, Knotless Braids, and Feed-in Braids
Client must provided crochet, bundles, units, etc for any other style such as SEW-INS or QUICKWEAVES

All Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit $21.($1 Processing Fee)
Cancellations are done via email.During the time of booking you received an email confirmation. The initial email (1st one) not the reminder email . Once, you locate the initial email confirmation located at the bottom (black and white ) tab will state: To Change/ Cancel Appointment. Select Cancel. All Cancellations require a cancellation fee of 50% of remaining balance if not made within 48 hrs which is 2 days prior to scheduled appointments. No shows, Emergencies, or if something unexpectedly occurs the day of your appointment you will be charged the FULL (100%) price for booked style. Again, this can be found on the PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING TAB & THE TERMS AND CONDITION BOX SELECTED DURING TIME OF BOOKING.

Deposit goes towards remaining balance. Balances are due at time of service. Cash is preferred/ card reader available. All prices are Quote Based, some clients don’t read the highlighted section and stylist has to assist with additional services / additional fees will apply. During consultation Stylist will discuss total balance.

Any REVISION OR RETOUCHES are done the 2-3 days (same week) of appointment. If you don’t inquire or reach out to be scheduled for a retouch the 2-3 days from your appointment. All inquiries will no be accepted. Sorry for any inconvenience.

ALL PRODUCTS AND TOOLS USED TO PERFORM OUR SERVICES ARE SAFE AND EFFECTIVE. WE WASH AND SANITIZE ALL PRODUCTS AND TOOLS USED BEFORE AND AFTER SERVICES. WE HOLD NO LIABILITY FOR ANY OUTBREAK OR REACTION CAUSED BY ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS AND TOOLS OR CLEANING SOLUTIONS USED FOR THEM.

SHOULD I WASH MY HAIR PRIOR TO MY BRAID APPOINTMENT
YES! All clients should shampoo and condition their hair prior to scheduled BRAID appointment. Braid Appointments only. You can add-on a shampoo service of your choice. Please select add-on after selecting you style. As, listed in REFERENCE, Requirements for ALL Braids, Crochets, Faux/ Goddess Locs and Sew-in’s Appts: clean scalp, NO or (LIGHT) moisturizer, grease, oil, drops, etc... Please have hair in a ready to braid condition... Meaning: (STRAIGHT/ STRAIGHTEN) Flat iron and/ or blow dried out.. IS HAIR PROVIDE FOR BRAIDING SERVICES?
YES, Polished Supplies hair for all braiding services. The prices are included at the time of booking.
For all Braid appointments pre stretch for will be provided. For Specialty color that isnt listed on braid chart, clients are welcome to supply their own hair. Price will be subtracted and discounted.
WHAT IF THE COLOR I WANT NOT AVAILABLE?
No worries, you can bring your desired color of hair to scheduled appointment. Stylist will deduct fee
MY HAIR IS NATURAL AND THE WEBSITE STATES HAIR MUST BE CLEANED & FLAT IRONED. HOWEVER, I DO NOT USE HEAT ON MY HAIR.WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Use protective heat, first start by blow drying hair completely out, using heat protector. Then flat iron hair on 300. If you do not use heat at all that’s fine addition cost may occur due to product usage .
HOW DO I WASH MY BUNDLES BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?
No Worries, Polished has a Bundle Restoration Service, now Available, bundles must be dropped of 48hrs in advance appointment schedule with Polished.
All bundles must be washed and air dried before your appointment. Braid bundles and rubber them at the beginning and end. wash and condition them. let conditioner sit for 20mins then rinse in cold water. after you rinse them. Boil them. Yes, boil! boiling them returns bundles to its original state. Boil them for 10-15 mins. Then remove them from the water and let them air dry. However, restoration services comes with professional supplies, clarifying shampoo, restorative mask, weave hydration, removes all oily residue, and more
